Prefabrication of continuous prestressed hollow slab bridges. Examples

Abstract

Several examples of continuous prestressed hollow slab bridges, built with precast elements, are shown. The first example is 13,25m wide and with maximum spans of 46m. The second is a bridge over the Tormes river in Salamanca, 18m wide and with 50m maxmimum span. The third bridge is in Autopista del Atlántico and is 11,10m wide and with a maxmimum span of 80m.
