Overpasses in the Transportation Center, in Coslada

Abstract

Two ""twin"" overpasses for the Transportation Center in Coslada (Madrid) are described. They have a continuous prestressed concrete deck with spans 16 + 52 + 16 m long with a strongly variable depth from 4,40 m at the central supports up to 1,10 m in the central and edge sections. The width of the deck is 14 m and its transverse section is a two cells box girder with an almost triangular section at the central supports.
